An SEOhelp account has been created for you

If you have received an email from [email protected] saying that an SEOhelp account has been created for you, don't worry. This is a REAL email. An SEOhelp account is created when you create a ticket/send an email to [email protected]

You might be thinking, "I didn't create a ticket", but when you submit a report about a post, comment, profile post, PM, etc., or when you've made a post that might require moderator approval, this creates a ticket for us (as a custom setup) so that we can check the report or post, and take action quickly.


You don't need to do anything, but your help account allows you to check the status of all your tickets. Please do not *spam or *block the email address, or you'll have issues with 2FA, BHW emails, and support tickets.


Your SEOhelp account will only be created once. However, if you send in a ticket from another email address, a support account will be created for this email address, too.



*if you have already done this, open a ticket from another email address explaining, and we'll sort it out.
