If you are receiving the error message shown here:
please try following the following process:
1. Whitelist BHW on your adblocking software
2. Clear your cache and cookies.
There are a number of packages that can block our ads, but we generally find it is either other add-ons, browser settings, or some antivirus with built-in adblocking software you are not aware of. One easy test to ensure it is not a browser setting or an add-on is to simply try a different, vanilla, unmodified browser.
