If you have received the email from support@blackhatworld.com, saying that SEO account has been created for you, don't worry, this actually is a REAL email. This happens when you create a ticket/send an email to support@blackhatworld.com.
You might be thinking "well I didn't create a ticket", but when you report a post, comment, profile post, PM, etc., this creates a ticket for us (as a custom setup) so that we can check the report out and action it quickly. You don't need to do anything, it just means that you can check the status of all of your tickets. Please do not spam the email address or block it, or you'll have issues with 2FA, BHW emails, and support tickets too. If you have already, open a ticket from another email address explaining and we'll sort it out.
This will only happen once, although if you send in a ticket from another email address, we will create a support account for this one too.
