Why did I get a warning?

Warnings are issued to remind members to use the forum in compliance with our terms and rules.

You will receive a direct message from the moderator issuing the warning to let you know why it has been issued together with advice on how to avoid receiving any more warnings relevant to the same type of violation.

  • Warning points are only visible to you and moderators/staff
  • Warning points are not permanent - after a set amount of time, the warning will expire

How is my account limited when I have an active warning?

You will not be able to open a new marketplace thread until your warning has expired.

As explained in Chapter 1 of the Marketplace rules, "Before you can sell on the marketplace, you need to ensure your account is warning-free and remains so during the review process. Note: If you have existing marketplace threads, these will remain open.

If you have any questions about a warning you have received, please submit a ticket with Support.
