Firstly, please check that your email settings allow Black Hat World emails to reach your inbox (some are sent to junk).
To check your settings, hover over your username in the top right corner and select 'Preferences'.
Check your settings.
Select "Receive news and update emails". If this is already selected or it still doesn't work, please submit a Support ticket.
