How do I get unbanned?

You can submit a support ticket and request an appeal for a ban. Depending on the reason why you were banned, the appeal may or may not be granted.

Generally, accounts that were banned for more minor violations are given a second chance on our platform, especially if some time has gone by since they were permanently banned.

Accounts banned for scamming members, uploading viruses, or abusing our staff members will not be unbanned under any circumstances.

If you feel your account was incorrectly banned, our support agents will investigate the matter.
