How do I get unbanned?

You can contact Support and request an appeal to lift the ban on your account. Our Support agents will investigate why you were banned, and your appeal may or may not be granted. 

Generally, accounts that were banned for more minor violations may be given a second chance on our platform, especially if some time has gone by since they were permanently banned.

Accounts banned for scamming members, uploading viruses, abusing our staff members or where the appropriate warnings were issued but persitently ignored, will not be unbanned.
