What do I do when my post gets ‘Flamed’ by others?

It is in the very nature of forums that there will always be differences in opinion and heated discussions. 

There is usually a good reason for getting flamed, so you should look at it as a learning opportunity for yourself, to avoid making a similar mistake again.
