How do I advertise on BHW?

We offer a variety of advertising options, including Fixed Price Banners, Stickies, Text Links and Email Blasts.

Banners can be images or GIFs, and they are displayed prominently on BHW, for example, at the top and bottom of every page and to the left-hand side of the page underneath the forum list.

Stickies

If you have a thread on the forum, you can pay to make it 'Sticky'. This means it will display among the top threads of that section, with green text that says ‘Please Read’ and a pin icon in the title. All other threads are listed in order of which was most recently commented on, but a Sticky will stay above the rest.

Selling on BHW

You'll hear us talk about Marketplace Threads a lot. They are the threads that you create to promote and sell your service or product. Marketplace thread listings cost $30 per thread, payable upon approval of your sales thread. If you want to keep your marketplace thread live, an annual renewal fee of $30 is payable.

Signatures

You need to be a paid member to use your signature space. You can use your signature space to advertise in line with the signature rules set out in Section 5 of our Terms and Rules.
