Let’s say you have updated your sales thread and want to inform your previous clients, who have purchased your product previously, about service updates.
The answer is – NO, you cannot, because that is advertising outside of the proper channels.
If your clients do post in your sales thread asking for whatever you have that is new in this case you can contact them.
Sellers are not allowed to promote via PM unless it is a direct response to Hire a freelancer, Want to buy or post in your sales thread.
