There is a 7-day grace period for a Seller to reopen a Marketplace thread (Sales thread) that has expired and closed. Please visit your Account Upgrades page to renew your Sales thread, or if you want to make a crypto payment, please Contact Support.
Between 7 days and 30 days expiry
A Sales thread can be reopened if it has expired for more than 7 days but less than 30 days.
Once a Sales thread has expired for more than 7 days, the content of the opening post will be removed. This can be reversed if the service is retested and renewed.
You will need to submit a Thread Edit Request.
The fee to reopen your Sales thread will be $30 for a re-test and $30 for the 1-year marketplace listing renewal. If you need the content of your Sales thread changed, a $30 thread edit fee will also apply.
Expired more than 30 days
When a Sales thread has expired for more than 30 days, it will be considered archived, and the opening post will be removed. This includes the title and sales copy.
Follow-up posts in the same Sales thread will not be removed.
The Sales thread cannot be reopened after 30 days of expiry.
