So, you've been having a read around on BHW and let's say you've got a question that hasn't been asked or answered already. It's time for you to create a thread.
First things first, have a look at the list of all of the forums and choose where your question will be best placed. Think about the people you want to answer your question, and which forums those people will be checking regularly.
Go to the forum you want to post in, and click 'Post thread':
You will be taken to the thread editor. Type the title of your thread in the 'Thread title' box. Then you can add your content to the main editor underneath. When you've typed out what you want to say, you can click on the 'Preview' button to see what your thread will look like when it's published. If you're happy, you can click 'Post thread':
You can also add a poll and decide whether or not to watch the thread to receive alerts when other members reply.
When you click 'Post thread', your new thread will appear in the main list of the forum you chose to post in.
