How Can I Close My Own Thread?

Modified on Tue, 3 Jun at 6:56 AM

If you're wondering how to close your own thread on BlackHat World, the short answer is: you can't do it directly yourself.

Right now, members don’t have the option to close or lock their own threads, but if you would like a thread you created to be closed, it’s easy to request.

Here’s how:

Use the "Report" button on your post or thread.

In the comment box, just briefly explain why you want the thread closed (for example: "The item has sold," "The service is no longer available," or "Issue resolved").

Once your report is submitted, a moderator will review it and close the thread for you if everything checks out.

Alternatively, you can also contact the BlackHat World Support Team if you prefer or if you have multiple threads that need managing.
