You will need to fill in a form which you can find here, with the thread link and your revised BB code, which you send using Pastebin.

Once you have filled in the form, a member of support staff will be in touch with you regarding payment.

Any price changes of 15% or less over the course of a year are acceptable. Note that this 15% does not accumulate across multiple years (i.e., 2 years without adjusting your pricing does not entitle you to a 30% price increase). Price changes outside of this range will require a re-review in most circumstances."
