Why Was My Marketplace Thread Rejected?

Modified on Mon, 7 Apr at 1:12 PM

There are several reasons your Marketplace thread may have been rejected.

All sales threads on BlackHatWorld must meet the standards outlined in our Marketplace Rules and Content Standards.

Before your thread can be approved and made public, it must:

  • Follow all rules applicable to your service type.
  • Be free of misleading or unquantifiable claims
  • Pass rigorous review by our Marketplace moderation team.

I Got a Rejection - What Now?

If your Marketplace thread has been rejected, you should have received a rejection notice outlining the issue(s).

Make sure to review the feedback carefully and address all points before you resubmit your marketplace thread for approval. As a seller, it is your responsibility to ensure your thread is fully compliant with our guidelines before you resubmit.

We recommend reviewing the following before trying again:

The Review Process Explained

Please Keep in Mind:

  • Having a Marketplace thread on BHW is a privilege, not a right.
  • Approval is never guaranteed, and staff are not obligated to approve any listing that doesn't meet our standards.
  • We aim to maintain a trusted and high-quality Marketplace for both buyers and sellers.
  • If your thread meets the rules and presents your service transparently and professionally, it has a much better chance of being approved.

If you're unsure about a specific rule or need clarification, feel free to contact our Support Team.
