If your aspire to one day become an Exec, you'll need to be a Jr. VIP first as all Execs are expected to maintain a Jr. VIP membership.
The only other requirement is that you'll need to be nominated by a current Executive VIP. After you've been nominated, a voting session will take place, and if the majority of the other Executive VIP members vote in your favour, you'll be sent an invitation to join their ranks.
Aside from that, there's no real method or strategy that guarantees you'll become an Exec. If it's something you really want, the best advice I can give you is to present yourself as a community leader by helping other members of the forum when they need it most. While not necessarily a requirement, it'll greatly help to already be a Jr. Executive VIP, although contrary to popular belief, Jr. Executive VIP is not meant to be a stepping-stone for Executive VIP.
