If you purchase a membership through your Account Upgrades page and pay for your membership through Chargebee, our membership subscription portal, your BHW account should be automatically upgraded.
If you need to request a manual invoice via Support, for example, to pay for your membership upgrade with crypto, then your upgrade may take up to 5 working days.
If you've paid for a membership but your BHW account has not automatically upgraded, please contact Support.
