Make sure you are logged in. Click on your username in the top-right menu and click on Account Details.
You will be taken to your Account details page, where your Avatar can be seen:
Click on your Avatar. The avatar editor then pops up.
You can choose to delete your avatar, upload a new one, or pick one from Gravatar. When you've made your choice, just click 'Okay'.
It is recommended that you use an image that is at least 400x400 pixels.
Avatar Rules:
All avatars must abide by the Terms and Rules of BHW, specifically rules 3.6 and 3.7. Some of the detail in rule 5.1 also applies to avatars.
