We don't limit sellers on what payment methods they accept, but some have more security for buyers than others.

The Sales Thread Formatting section (Payment Options) of our Marketplace rules advises PayPal's friends and family feature or Western Union are not permitted as payment methods.
Be sure to do your research when doing business with other users online.
