Feedback - formerly known as "iTrader" is a member rating system carried over from the old iTrader system historically used for business transactions carried out on BHW. Feedback allows you to leave Positive, Neutral, or Negative ratings for the performance of other members as buyers or sellers after you have conducted a business transaction with them.
Feedback ratings are viewable by the public, which allows you to view other members' feedback scores and make a decision as to whether or not you should conduct business with them.
How to leave Feedback
1. Visit the profile of the member you did business with.
2. Click 'Add Feedback'.
3. Once you've done that, fill out the information regarding your business transaction.
