How do I report a member/post/thread/spam?

If you find a post that appears to violate our Terms and Rules, please report it to us using the report button. 

At the bottom of every post, there's a button that says "Report"

Clicking the button will inform BHW Administrators/Moderators of the location of the offending post or PM, enabling further investigation.

You may receive a notification when a report is resolved or rejected. This will come up in your alerts with a line or two from the mod who handled the report, advising the outcome.

As per Section 2 of our Terms and Rules "BlackHatWorld.com may take such action (if any) as it deems appropriate to remove or monitor such content. BlackHatWorld.com may make a commercially reasonable effort to respond, but does not guarantee or warrant that it will respond to or will indeed take any action in response to any such notifications, and therefore cannot be responsible for any failure to respond."

Reporting a post is completely anonymous. BHW will not disclose your identity to the individual you are reporting and will not publish the fact that you have made any report(s).
